INFOGROUP SIGNS PRE-LEASE AGREEMENT FOR POLGÁR INDUSTRIAL PARK
After completing 4 500 m2 Logistics Hall ’C’ in Polgár Industrial Park, Infogroup starts constructing Logistics Hall ’D’ of 5 500 m2. A pre-lease has been already signed by Gebrüder Weiss.
The speculative building of 4 500 m2 is about to be finished in the Polgár Industrial Park, which will be followed by the construction of another 5 500 m2 warehouse space to be completed this year.
Gebrüder Weiss, a logistics company, has already signed a pre-lease agreement for 2 400 m2 in the new building and plans to utilize it as a cross-dock depot.
Infogroup’s portfolio includes 4 industrial parks and several industrial development areas, which are strategically developed and acquired in the eastern- and central regions of Hungary.
