KECSKEMET SOUTH INDUSTRIAL PARK

 

  • Kecskemét South Industrial Park is located directly at the M5 motorway, right next to global manufacturies like Mercedes Benz, Knorr Bremse, Kühne+Nagel, Duvenbeck and SMP.
  • The Park offers 10,2 ha construction sites both for investors and prospective tenants. The plot can be divided upon request.
  • In the Park, we also offer 56 000 m2 newly built warehouse area, which will be developed in 3-4 phases. The 1st phase is 12 000-18 000 m2. The realization is possible within 13 months from contracting, the earliest date: Q4 2019.
